Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Robyn McMillan Farrington brings more than two decades of experience in administrative leadership, organizational management, ministry administration, and executive support to Premier Task Managers. Her experience includes supporting executives, pastors, organizational leaders, businesses, and ministries while managing operations, coordinating complex initiatives, strengthening administrative systems, and supporting organizational priorities.
She founded Premier Task Managers to provide organizations with experienced administrative and operational support that can adapt to the realities of their work. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its services to include administrative consulting, contract services, organizational support, and professional development and workforce training.
Her approach is grounded in understanding how an organization currently operates, identifying where additional structure or capacity is needed, and developing practical solutions aligned with the needs of the organization.
